These guys are fabulous. From the time I made a phone call to closing was alittle over a month (only because I had to push it over the month due to work. ) They answered all my questions that I had and reassured me several times. My mom Terri was the one that worked with Jay. They were very friendly and helpful with the entire process. We weren't real sure how it worked and they were very informative and helpful. They were able to find a buyer and close very quickly. We would definitely recommend them to work with.

When I started looking into companies that buy houses for cash, I was generally suspicious and with good reason. I initially went under contract with a different company, only for them to bring up a bunch of false “requirements” that supposedly lowered the value of my dad’s vacant house by over 50%. Luckily, I wasn’t in such a desperate situation as to take them at their word, and instead I told them I would find someone else. I had already talked to Jason, and he was still willing to work with me after all of that. He and Jeffrey secured the house, listed it, found a buyer, and handled the transaction really well with no hang-ups or surprise drops in the price. My dad’s house was particularly difficult to sell, and we were still able to close within a couple months. I feel like Jason and his team really came through for me and were able to get the reasonable price I was setting out to get. When approaching these companies, a lot of people are in very vulnerable positions and it’s easy for them to be taken advantage of. Had I not been helping my parents through the process, they would probably have ended up selling the house to a different company for less than they paid for it. I Buy Ohio was straightforward and easy to work with, not predatory or manipulative like other companies. I’m very appreciative of the service I received.
