I would give Jay 10 stars if I could! I was so nervous about the process but, Jay explained everything in perfect detail and was a delight to work with! He was respectful, with ZERO bullshit!!! I 100% recommend using IBUYOHIO! Also*** Jeff was more than fantastic as well! Made my life a lot easier to ask for their help!

Working with I Buy Ohio was the best choice I made! The whole process was so seamless and easy. They as in Christian (working directly at the company) and Jeff (the listing agent) were very upfront with my wife and I and got my home sold quick for top dollar.! They definitely take a lot of the load off of your shoulders. The title agency was phenomenal as well! Everyone was very responsive and helpful when I had any questions. If I had to do it over again, I would in a heartbeat. Thank you all!

I had a great experience selling my home with Jay and this company. I had a property that needed some work and I had to move before selling the property. I worked primarily with Jay and Jeff and they were able to help me sell my home as is and get out from under two house payments quickly and easily. Too easy! This is also genuinely not a company out to make the top dollar. I know what I was paid, I know how much work was needed and I know how much the home is being sold for. They gave me a very fair price for my property and I am so relieved and happy. The title company that they work with was also beyond helpful. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. They offered a very fair price for the condition of the house and always answered my questions quickly, even by text. I was really impressed when I asked if we could close earlier than planned — they came through and closed two weeks ahead of schedule! Everything was handled conveniently and clearly. They sent the contracts by email and even offered a virtual closing option, though I chose to sign at a local title company near my home, which made things simple and easy. Working with Jason and his team was a quite amazing and worry free opportunity for the quick sale of my home. I wanted out of town fast and I sold my home in one day to Jason!
